Dear Elders and Sisters,
This email is to let you know you are scheduled to take a visa/migration trip to Helsinki on Monday January 5, 2015; there are 13 total in your group.
Please note a few things you need to do prior to leaving:
1. Email your parents letting them know you will be in Finland January 5-6th. You might want to indicate the day you depart and the day you return. If you are traveling to/from an outlying city, please indicate the day you arrive back in your city.
2. Because you will be gone on your P-day, please notify them of the day you will be emailing them. Parents get concerned when they don’t hear from you so take a minute and share that information.
3. Let them know the mission office email address (this one) in case they have additional questions. Unless it is a matter specifically directed toward President Williams, our office would be glad to answer any questions or concerns they might have.
